Two years ago, while I been traveling through Egypt I had the opportunity to enjoy a couple days with the Bedouin community. We got to know some of their customs and traditions. What I enjoyed the most was their food, riding their camels, and their simplicity. On our way to the desert, we took a stroll around the outskirts of Dahab, a fascinating coastal town at the western end of Egypt. After that, we had Mensaf (a traditional Bedouin dish made it principal from rice, meat and dry yogurt) for lunch.
