The Gardens of the World

The French garden has a unique feature among these different beautiful gardens. At first glance, you will see a big parterre. It is clipped as a giant butterfly. Above the butterly is an impressive water fountain which is layered in steps and has both flowing water and spurting fountains

- Yue Ma

Our lovely docent, Julie, showed us around and explained the history of the garden and gave us information about the plants growing there.

Here we are in The French Garden!

The Italian Garden which is in The Gardens of the World has an exact symmetrical structure. The fountain streaming to the center of the garden is so calm that it is hard to recognize that the water is even moving. The statue which is at the top of the garden makes me feel as if I were in Rome. - Harrison
